10 years ago, I was living in London wrapping up grad school and trying to determine how to combine years of professional experience with a robust education and a longing to create a business that brought meaningful value to people.
After a short stint joining a local accelerator and trying to launch a business, I realized just how little I knew about kicking off and growing a venture-backed company. Rather than try to tough it out, I jumped into a role within an early-stage startup and tried to become a sponge — soaking up every lesson I could get my hands on.
I repeated this process once more before launching my own business. Over the past 6 years, I've led a manager coaching and development platform which served more than 2,000 professionals through coaching, content, and live training.
In my free time, I help other entrepreneurs and business leaders focus on what matters most so they can create outsized value. The rest of the time, I'm discovering and building.
